Who can participate?

If you like to walk, longboard, push a stroller, pull a wagon or otherwise enjoy some form of active transportation this event is for you. It is a fun-filled, slow-moving, human-powered caravan for people of all ages.

Why 3 km?

Because the average Canadian car is used to make 2000 trips per year that are 3 km or less. Imagine if all those trips were done by active means. Our neighbourhoods would be safer, our physical fitness would be better, our air would be cleaner, and our greenhouse gas emissions would be far lower.

Who are we?

Just a group of individuals with a passion for healthy communities. We want to promote transportation options that are clean and sustainable.
